    We have the 720 and love it. What I am hoping the most is they fixed the charging issue. We have had three 710's and all quit charging after five or six months. The Mini USB input (female plug) would go bad.

    720 connects to a Hotspot. The Hotspot is either 3G or 4G, not the TND.

    How long are you waiting? You may have to find the Dock shortcut under your programs and then right click, properties. You might have it set to minimize. Change to Maximize.

    You might find for the 710 - slightly squeeze the USB end of the DC cord to make a more snug fit will help.

    Yes it was set to minimize,changed it but still won't launch.

    If you look under control panel/programs and features - if you scroll down do you have .net 3.5 w/sp or 4.1 installed?
