Finally got that nightmare load done here in junction city, ks, and just in time to take the last spot in the truckstop across the street. Headed to emporia tomorrow, grabbing a 2 stopper($$$$)headed east, already got trl #, so hopefully its ready?, still had a couple of hours left on my 11 when i got empty, but i was at the point where i just about wouldve had to glue my eyelids open. Turns out that check engine light and the de-rating on the motorfrom the other day was from that epa crap on the truck.

Having a trailer assigned means it's closer to loaded than if there's no trailer assigned, but that's about it for information on that one.

I finally have my truck back and let me tell you, its nice to be back in my CLEAN truck! In Freemont, NE tonight with an early morning pick up in Schuyler. Then I'm headed east for four stops in MD and VA. Showers at the Sapp Bros are beautiful. #5 has two showerheads too!

Picked up a Cargill load this morning in Schuyler, NE. Scale house closed so I run back to Fremont and their scale is broke. Drove all the way to Omaha before I found a scale operational and working. After all that I'm over my trailer tandem by 280# but I'm still under gross. Made it all the way to South Bend, IN today and no scale open yet...guess I'm lucky...LOL!
This load is a four stop with three stops monday: Jessup, MD, Manassasa, VA, and Harrisonburg, VA. Final is Tuesday morning in Suffolk, VA then I need to drop this trailer at Waynesboro. The status lights on the reefer don't work. -
I'm at home on a load going to front royal by Monday night... leaving out in the morning tomrrow

Hello everyone, I just wanted to say thank you to whoever started this thread. It's very informative, and I'm hoping to be a part of the team soon. I spoke with Jeanne Thursday and faxed all my info back to her, so hopefully I will hear from her or Tim tomorrow (7/23). Been out of the trucking world for awhile, so hopefully I won't have to go with a trainer for too long if they hire me. I am supposed to work out of the Waynesboro Terminal I believe. I live in Manassas, VA. Hope to see some of you all soon. Be safe, and pass along any info you may want to inform me on.

On my way to Front Royal after some time home....I made it to the first plaza in Ohio before I called it a day....I was tired after only having 4 hours of sleep last night due to drama with an 11 year old...and a 5 year old that likes to be up with the sun....LOL...I have about 8.5 hours to get there so I guess its hammer down and hit it hard....
