What type (s) of questions?....That likely tell me a lot of what kind of driver is actually getting hired thus allow me to direct my job search toward things based on that knowledge, exactly what they are asking - are these questions that show they have only been to school or are they questions a driver with heavy hours would have

So there's a story passing around about SunCoast... What I've heard is that they had another account in New Mexico or something, and a couple of months ago they lost it. So they decided to take all of the trucks that were on that account and bring them down to Geo in order to keep them moving. Problem there is just that it means we've had a lot more trucks staging at Cuero lately. Usually we get a point in the middle of the night where SunCoast stops running and Schn gets the lacts all to themselves for six hours to catch up, but now SunCoast is running later to get all of their trucks in, and so the long lines just spill over every day.

I've seen the term LACTS used here frequently.
What is it? -
I'm not sure what lacts EXACTLY means, but it's how we refer to the load/unload stations at the customer. Like, the Cuero site has seven spots with hoses and pumps, so on a good day where everything's running they can have seven trucks going at once. Each of those spots is a lact. If they're running less oil because they want to save up for better prices, then they might only run three of the lacts, and I hope you brought a book to the load site.

It is a legal point to transfer ownership of the oil. Lease Access Custody Transfer (LACT). When you load or unload crude oil, you are actually transferring ownership as the shipper, and carrier.
