Wow, what a nice week. Perhaps close to setting some sort of Crete 7 day record for miles
Ran out of my 70 in Denver with 3836 miles for the last 7 days. Will try to get unloaded tomorrow but appt isn't until Tuesday morning so just plan on relaxing and watching some cooking shows and other stuff on tv.

A pretty solid week although it could have been better if I hadn't had that unneeded reset but all and all I won't complain too loudly. This following week is really looking good if I can get a nice run out of Denver after unloading in the morning.

I found out something last night during a phone call with Lincoln. Apparently, their dispatch system at one time would not allow a pre-plan to be sent out before clearing the previous load. Don't know how long this had been going on, but it seems that is no longer an issue, and p/p's can be looked at by planners prior to a drivers current load being completed (or something like this).
At any rate, after a 2512-mile week last week that actually ended Thursday, I deliver in Louisiana Wednesday morning early and will be sitting at about 2520 for this week. -
Got unloaded and no quick fashion at the Keebler plant and got a message asking if I could drop my empty and p/u a trailer too be loaded and headed to Lincoln for repair. I said sure and they sent a preplan that didn't pick up until tomorrow (7/25). I told him in no uncertain terms that I could not accept that load as I had just did a 34 hour reset and sure in the hell wasn't going to sit in Denver another 24 hours twiddling my thumbs. Got the message back that there were no loads in the area which I knew was ######## as we have several big places we pick up out of Denver and the surrounding area. I called his bluff and sure enough got a preplan shortly thereafter picking up at A/B in Fort Collins and heading to Vernal, Utah. I decided to go the northern route across Wyoming as that would allow me a place to stop and shower. This was my first time taking the US187 out of Fort Collins into Laramie, Wyoming and also the first trip down US191 out of Rock Springs going to Vernal through the Flaming Gorge recreation area was just awesome. The scenery was spectacular. The last portion was spent in the dark while descending a fairly rigorous mountain and dodging elk but well worth the effort.

Sitting at the mothership tonight in Lincoln. Spent the night at the Cheyenne terminal so that makes 5 new terminals for me since my time out this trip. Hoping to get an early start and finish this load off in the morning in Harrisonville, MO and get something decent for the weekend.

Looks like my first 12000 mile month coming up. Got another load heading into northern South Dakota for a Monday two dropper at Menards and hopefully get something heading back to the homestead after that.

12,567 miles for July, pretty high cotton. Had two resets and one wasted day outside of Chicago. Sitting in Ashtabula, OH at the Pilot just outside of the Save-A-Lot where I unload around midnight. Picking up a load down the road heading to Charlotte to get me home for Thursday.

Nice month majestyk! I had similar numbers for June, but took a week off in July, so only going to be around 9600, but was only 21 days, so not real bad.
Lamborghini Owner Op Thanks this.
