Average Pay with Percetage

With BTC you can expect 1000-1200 a week gross at the moment

 

is that company driver or owner? i flatbed and make around that as a company driver, 30% pay. what does btc pay? do they have good connections?

 

that is company driver at 25% plus 2-3% bonus if your revenue is over 3750 per week. After 2 yrs they pay 27% plus bonus so you could get 30% but the revenue would have to be over 4750 in a week. They keep you pretty busy but some of the loads do not pay very well, so its a lot of "you gotta take the good with the bad" but thats where my pay has been since they started paying percentage, 1000-1200, oh and they are 98% elogs soon to be 100%

 

Djay, I am new to driving so I cant say how they compare to other companies since they're the only one I have worked for. I've been with them almost a year and it's been a pretty good experience. I think anyone who is satisfied with the pay mentioned, can stay out of trouble with DOT, and follow the company's rules will do good with BTC. And they do take care of the equipment, if you bring it to their attention it will get fixed, esp. if it's safety related.
