Need advice. Broker not paying.

    When there is no intention to pay you there is no need to argue about the rate.
    Easy to get loads as you bid low.
    Easy to get trucks as you offer good rates.
    Cut and run with the loot after a month or 2.

    Most if not all factoring companies won't touch a 45+ day old invoice with a 10 foot pole.

    I use a factoring company called Cash Factor. They let me know if a customer is approved or not before I haul a load and if something seems shady about a broker offering a load they give me the heads up before I haul it. If there is an issue with the payment they go after them for me. You should look them up I'm sure they've been helpful so that doesn't happen. And if you don't want to factor do call Baxter & Bailey they specialize with trucking invoices and will pursue the shipper for payment if they can't get the broker to pay. Ask for Bill Ivey.
