    Caused by a blown steer tire, and that is the issue with the larger tow trucks, must be heavy on steers in-order to safely tow anything ... unlike most of the trucking industry, where you can increase steer weight when loading, in the towing industry, you unload the steer axle when loaded, so empty steer weight must be much heavier...
    We are seeing this more and more in this industry ...
