    I've lost all my humor up here in Washington...prob .01 or a split less than 1000 mi like Knight or done others ....41 cent one yr would be great ...then team needs to go up to .48-.52 to be competitive with us express and few others

    How much does USX pay their teams? I thought right out of school Conway had the highest pay per team lol

    Once you get a couple of years of experience any team job pays way better though.

    I would team al long as I knew the person I was teaming with. Teaming is hard because a lot of people can't let go of control, and they let their temper bottle up lol.

    I team, I gotta say it's not as hard as it seemed. The hardest aspect is home time. Maybe you want to be home this weekened, but your team mate has a family reunion next week. One of you gets screwed.
