Im a female and would live to train at Prime. I am only interested in learning what my trainer deems I need to be qualified. I am not interested in baring my soul or sharing my personal history or my bunk. I just want to get trained and be a professional. I only wish I had that opportunity to choose myself. I would gladly take a male trainer over waiting 6 months for a female. I just want to get working. Can anyone here reccommend another company that offers similar incentives like Prime that wont make me wait? Thanks!

Well if you look at the other company sponsered training programs, they pay less and the training is different, and they all have some significant differences. I want to train with Prime because if Im going to be driving solo eventually, do I want paid 0.26cpm or 0.39cpm? Thats a huge difference in my book.

Hmm, When I started I called prime and they told me they had an 18 month long wait list. Obviously it was ridiculous and I went to another carrier.

U know where a male trainer would be looking so you made a choice. Be proud, feel courageous for yourself.

Can I ask what company you went with instead of Prime?

Give Prime recruiting a call in the AM to find out what the wait list is these days. Their status does change almost weekly in regards to most things.

Discrimination? Women don't want to train, out of all the female drivers at Prime what percentage train? They bring it upon themselves they are they're own worst enemy because when they get done being trained or are already qualified they don't want to train anybody because they "DON"T HAVE TO" if a women doesn't have to do something she won't. Discrimination really she was told before hand there would be a waiting period and she still applied anyway,and this is a waste of time all around for everybody involved it's the same old argument discrimination,equality geez if she just wanted a job there were other companies willing to train her weren't there? oh well can't keep them happy huh if you want equal pay;pay out equally you buy the dinners and the drinks and the house payments and the car payments the higher insurance not to mention you buy the 3000+ diamond ring you pay for the vacations provide the insurance for the family...... there's more and you know it just saying... there's two sides to an argument and in this case no winners.
