I've been with them for about 5 months. Pretty good company... Starting pay is 34 and 38 cpm. Any run under 600 miles, you get 38cpm... Anything over 600 miles will pay you 34cpm. As a company driver I averaged around 2800 miles per week. I signed the lease a couple months ago, thus far I like it. I run West Coast regional, meaning AZ, CA, and some NM. They pay 70% of gross. Thus far, Im averaging $1100 per week take home. You get 100% fuel surcharge. The trucks they lease you are 2012 T700's and 2012 Cascadias, although they will not order any more Cascadias, if you happen to choose one of those, it'll likely have been a company truck previously having anywhere from 100,000 to 175,000 miles on it. They give roughly 2 and a half Weeks before the first payment is due, so if you were to sign a lease, I would advise you to sign it on a Monday and run all you can, since the first week is payment free. All in all, it's a good company whether you decide to go straight company, or lease

if more and more drivers stood up and demanded what they wanted from companies more and more of us would get it so its simple a job is a realationship you know what you want and they know what they want and if both sides can' meet in the middle it won't work....

my oldest son is in the air force and he is coming home the first weekend in september and i want to be home with him the whole week and it doesn't make any sense to go out for a week and then come home for a week cause the earliest i could get into oreintation would be the 20th of this month so it just made better sense.... otherwise i would be on the plane for texas on the 19th
