Being married to a jealous Mexican woman should qualify me for PTSD disability!

Found out staffing agencies here don't help drivers.. everywherebelse I called either turned me down for lack of verifiable exp...or wasn't hiring...that year under the table really is hurting me...some companies say it shows to large of a gap in my employment history...on a happy note at least I got to pick my daughter up from her first day of school...she's awesome. Also had a call back on a non driving job...satellite install...lotta upfront cost and no pay while training...sounds a lot like driving...lol

Many government agencies hire class A drivers and they have to give veterans preference. -

From what I've read at will only comes into place after your employed and right to work means you don't have to join a union to work. No matter what companies can't discriminate against disability in the hiring process. I'm not letting this get me down I've already moved on and it's the company that misses out because I'm a good driver and a hard worker so there missing out not me. Who ever I run for I will work hard get my job done and not let the little things bother me. I still filed a complaint with the EEOC even if it only cost them a few bucks to deal with the complaint it was worth it to me to file. I had a good day in school today only my second time driving and my trainer is convinced I've driven before or I'm a dot implant LOL so to the company that discriminated againt me your loss you missed out on a didicated driver who is looking to make money and run miles and not hide at home.

At will states are post employment laws, but only on state level after you have been gainfully employed by the employer.CAXPT Thanks this.
