Prime would be my first there on the list. There training sounds good to, dont know that much about their training. They have a high pay starting .34 and the bonus of the lightweight to. For the miles a recruiter told me 2300-2800 but sometimes can be more. They do sound like a great company, only problem I have with Prime are the lightweights. I do understand that they get paid more, but living in a truck with not enough space 3-4 weeks is going to be hard for me. Not having a passenger seat to due to space not going to be good for me if I need my wife to come along with me sometimes or a friend or family. But after that I think the rest about them is good. For Stevens, their training and school is good. They are a training company and start drivers at .26 . From what I heard and see I think they average 2200-2800. Their equipment looks excellent I would say to. But in my opinion I dont think they are a company to stay with after a year or 2. There are other more high paying companies. I was interested in them before because of their lease program and since Its a training company I wanted to train there. For FFE I dont know that much, but I read about them and they sound good to. I would recomment it. For CRST, looks like alot of drivers went through a bad experience with them and did not do good. But it may workout for some people. Its up to you to decide, but I would say also check Roehl and Central Refrigerated. They are good to. Prime, Stevens, FFE are good for newbies to.

    James77 Thanks this.

Thanks Emolson. Im not in the hiring area for FFE and Central Refrigerated. I dont know about Roehl. Stevens Require me to get done with a school in FL. So its left to Prime. 2 companies I know are left but seem bad is CRE and Swift. Which one is better and is Swift good? They have alot of drivers for a reason

Stay away from CRE at all cost!!...they will lie to you just to get you in their school then training & last but not least....attempt to shove the lease program down your throat...
