I read through several other threads and heard such great things about Sparky's but I am unable to order online, they don't answer emails, and haven't answered any phone calls (can't leave a message). I want to deal with a good reputable dealer that will have things all tuned up for me and that I can send back for repairs if needed. Got any suggestions?
Where's a good place to buy a CB since Sparky's won't answer?

That's kinda wierd....Do you mean they won't answer the phone? I ordered my Cobra 29(50yrs special edition) from them with no problems at all.....But I ordered from the internet....My bro gets stuff from them all the time too but I think he does internet ordering too.

That's correct. Their web page allows you to add to a wish list but can't check out. If you look at Sparkys forum you can see people up in arms about not being able to contact them.

I never will understand why so many put up with loss and defective performance from bad mods after ordering from various CB shop websites when they could get one new from an actual large wholesale distributor such as H&Y Electronics.

Hmmm....Not sure whats goin on at Sparky's....Was 2yrs ago when I got my cb from them.....Haven't really been on the website since.....@Outlaw....I'll be checking out that place,Thanks for the tip.....

Wonder how long that's been going on? I got my General Lee from Sparky's along with some misc. items in the past, but it's been a couple of years since I dealt with him. Always had good service in the past.

Lol. That's the cb I'm trying to order!

Maybe it's just having a website issue.....

I'm sure it's just a web site issue. Send a cashier's check with exactly what you want, but cash is more likely preferred. In all seriousness, I wouldn't order a PL259 from that shop. He sells a great 0 meter though. Top of the line. Zero meters is the only way to go. Better off getting two cups and a string. Hey, at least you could talk to someone.
