    Well there's better trucks, no wait for loads, trailers can really use some maintenance, fixing on the road is fast and that 60day truck check has done miracles with the shape of the trucks and keeping then on the road

    werner major maintenance problem is there trailers. It funny cause it mainly simple things that you can get in trouble for. Missing mudflaps on the trailer of random light out is the main thing. Every now and then there will be flat tires on the trailers we have to pick up.

    Looks like I will start orientation on Wednesday...ill do my best to give play by play...if I can't hack it ill come clean with that too...gonna be a big adjustment next week...my daughter starts school and I go back otr...

    Lol..I thought I closed this thread out...my werner experience wasn't so great...read the thread vet don't get hired bc he has ptsd in the new questions from new drivers heading...it will explain everything. Best of luck hope they do you well.
