I have changed careers several times. Being a newbie is part of the attraction for me.
Lots to learn when you don't know much. That keeps it exciting. Exciting is better than boring.

 

I've always tried to do better the next day from the day before. You can never learn all there is to learn about driving a truck. It was my own little game I played to improve my professionalism and some days it worked and some didn't. But the point is to keep learning to be the best driver you can be. And do it for yourself, not anyone else.

 

IT IS GOOD TO HAVE PEOPLE SUCH AS YOURSELF IN THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY. I HAVE DONE THIS FOR MANY YEARS, AND HAVE SEEN MANY CHANGES. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THE NEGATIVE CHANGES IS THAT SO MANY OF THE ONES JUST COMING INTO THE INDUSTRY SEEM TO THINK THAT WE "OLD-TIMERS" HAVE LESS KNOWLEDGE AND WISDOM THAN THEY DO. THIS MAY ACTUALLY BE TRUE IN A FEW CASES. I HAVE CERTAINLY MET SOME REAL KNUCKLE-HEADS THAT ARE MY AGE AND STILL ACT k(##_#p.

IT IS A PLEASURE TO MEET SOMEONE LIKE YOU. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO RESPECTFUL AND NICE. WITH THE GREAT ATTITUDE YOU HAVE, YOU WILL DO VERY WELL IN ALL YOUR ENDEAVORS.
