I heard TLI (Transco Line Inc.) treats you fairly, I could be wrong but both my uncle and my dad drove for them and they were well paid and were able to come home every weekend. But you have to be 23 and have a 3 months past driving record to be able to hire on with them.

I don't know what other people think about TLI but when I get to be 23 I'm going to try to get hired on with them. First I gotta get my training and starter company out of the way so it's going to be a good minute before I'm able to get my hire on.

    Just my .02 cents.
