One other thing too...have you ever noticed that the large co's appear to waste so much $$ on garbage...if they would learn to quit wasting $$, then there would be no reason to complain there not making $$$..it's not rocket science..

Maybe by his rational he actually loved you and just wanted to do you a favor, Thus scaring you away.
Being still raw from the last time you left, That feeling of abandonment, heartache began to set in, Simply put he didn't want his heart broken again. -
Does anyone know to screw over a DM? All we do is blame them for all of our failures so now it's pay back. There's gotta be a way that they can pay for them messing us up!
truckerdave1970 Thanks this. -
Well i got one to send a QC message telling me to violate my 70. Yep, he got fired.truckerdave1970 Thanks this.

LOL.. that's awesome..
I count myself as lucky, my DM actually cares and does a good job, and, even when she's out of the office, there's another DM that knows my truck and makes sure I'm taking care of -
A good DM makes all the difference, I like the guy I've got so far. He's brand new but I can tell he's trying, and for the most part he's doing a good job. Getting good miles and that's the most important part. He compliments me on my positive attitude just about everyday.

Thread: "Werner Compared to C.R. England." The exact same thing is happening with C.R. England and Werner. I suggested a "Class Action A" or "Truck Drivers Union." I drove straight to my home terminal, I cleaned out my truck and returned the keys and got a release signed that I returned the truck. I think the best way to get OTR is by getting a job with your local or county gov't or smaller trucking companies that can cover new drivers under their business insurance. I hope you didn't abandon your truck. I just made sure I had a full tank and then drove straight to my home terminal as soon as I had the opportunity. I appreciated your information about Knight....I was considering Knight; but, after the BS at Werner....I was very cautious.

nothing new.

You're correct about that, unfortunately. Because it would take a complete restructuring of the trucking industry and a compete restructuring of our economy. As you said, ain't never gonna happen.
So, we live with what we have, or we go back to school, or we go bag french fries at McDonald's, or something else.
Or, we organize, but that's not going to happen, either, and that is the saddest of all.truckerdave1970 Thanks this.
