Is BTC a good company to go with for graduates just starting out? They say your home every weekend obviously in trucking that can change but are they pretty good on getting you home? How is their pay? I know they pay 24% so what's the average you might get from them a week? Do they have good trainers? Will you go home after orientation? If so how long will it take before your out with your trainer? Does anyone know where some of the trainers are located? How long after training will it take before you get your own truck as a company driver of course. What should I know about this company. Does anyone know of a LTL company near Knoxville that would be willing to hire new graduates

I worked there as a recent graduate, and I am considering going back to work for them Monday. I averaged $900+ a week on their percentage. Little less when they were paying mileage. Great people over there, and my trainer was a really good guy and a good teacher. I would suggest them. Just my 2 cents. Best of luck!
