Is there a such thing as too many jobs?

Some carriers regardless have a number of job cutoff, regardless of the reason for leaving (unless, company went out of business). And remember dealing with recruiters, they are going to try and sell you the moon, only to land you on Pluto. I know that drivers talk, and you should always try to check out the company before, talk to the drivers who work there, get the feedback about each company. The internet is a beautiful place, and it is a great place to check out the company, and their safety rating. And lets face it, with the new CSA laws, you need to watch yourself more than ever. Good luck with your job search, and hopefully you will find a company for yourself and your truck.

With all due respect, 15 jobs in 27 months is a bit more than too many. Have you not figured out that the reasons you keep leaving for will be standard practice at the next company and the next and the next?

You just have to make good choices and stick it out, make the best of the hand you are dealt. If you stay long enough you will start receiving the favors that make you angry and leave you wanting to quit, the ones that others receive now. LIFE as well as jobs have always been this way. It is called paying your dues.

Unfortunately everyone wants instant gratification and what they feel they are due.............. nobody wants to pay their dues and earn their place in life. You will never have more until you prove you have what it takes to stick it out through the hard times!

When someone has had a lot of jobs within a short time frame it tells any potential employer that this individual doesn't know how to communicate well or work through problems. In this business we deal with problems on a daily basis. We don't quit just because everything doesn't go our way or when we disagree with the company. We work through the differences. Keep in mind that you are the employee, not the owner. If you don't like the way the company does things then you can always save your money and start your own business.

What g/man said is absolutely true regarding people now days and instant gratification. I just find it hard to deal with some of the companies out here and how badly they try to screw you over. I think I definitely have to research companies more before I agree to put my truck on with them.
