Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Truck medic sounds an awful lot like diesel doctor hmmmm lmao
-
I do see what you're saying but not even close lol. I have had my CDL for about 2 months now after workkng in the private EMS sector for the past 5 years.
-
Sorry, its an inside trucking joke that you will become aware of sooner or later
-
What is your opinion of Maverick? I cannot seem to find anything negative about them and I would take this as a good thing. I am looking for a place that is a good starter company but at the same time make a career out of the same place.
-
Then you found the right company. Ive been here over 9yrs
Evil_E Thanks this. -
How do they treat their drivers?
-
Fair. I rarely have issues and usually when I do its just me butting heads lol. They give respect where its due but if you dont give any respect or have a bad attitude then you wont last here. Everyone has good days and bad and if you cant take a bad day or bad week then this aint for you. Some guys expect roses every single day and when they dont get them they accuse the company of not caring or their fleet managee of having it in for them or any number of things other than it might have been out if Mavericks control or heaven forbid it was the drivers fault. Losers like that need not apply.
sarge26044 and sewerman Thank this. -
You are not Jerry Reed and this isn't Smokey and the Bandit. This is the real deal, you work your ##### off and nobody seems to care or notice. It's a job and you get paid for what you do, nothing more, nothing less.
This industry has a 83% turnover rate. This is in part because people think its going to be fun and adventures, speeding through the country side with a black trams-am running interference. Or was that just me....Bishop73 Thanks this. -
Thank you Dan for the response. Seawheeler...there is an extremely high turnover percentage in EMS also. I could not find the actual yearly percentage but would say it is easily as high as the trucking industry
