prolly works in the office lol
-
Not probably... I guarantee he/she is office staff
How come there are so many threads about this POS company yet I have not heard of them before this forum or even seen a single truck of theirs? How many trucks do they run? Company or O/O? Do they have a website? Why do so many ppl go work for what sounds like a mom & pop "out of funds" operation?
Am I missing something? Thanks in advanceLast edited: Aug 8, 2012

sorry but i do not work in the office. I am a O/O with network. the guys complaining are probly the ones that network 1 helped out and fronted them money for repairs and then the desided not to pay it back and left the company holding the bag.
-
Based on the dozens and dozens of complaints of non-payment, sounds like they don't even have any money to operate a business, much less loan it out
This POS "company" needs to be shut down and the owners need to be barred from trucking permanently -
You are correct!!!!
Kimberly D. uses xxx xxx xxxx as her fax line at a personal residence
xxx xxx xxxx is a LandlineFlorida (Daytona Beach)
Deltona-Daytona Beach metro area, Volusia County
The following information was taken directly from: data from Dun & Bradstreet and Florida Department of State
All officers listed as managing members for Tetreau Transport in the order as stated above. Lyn J Tetreau is the one I have found as the one these petitions were filed against. Taken directly from the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Volusia County Florida.
Moral of the story is: Do your research prior to sending out your personal information to these so called companies.
Contact your IRS Department, do a search by the so called business name. Ask if there is or at any time if there was an affiliation with another business name or group.
Contact the local Better Business Bureau they are closest to and ask to see if there are any claims filed against them. File a claim with the BBB.
Contact your local State Attorney's Office and file a claim. You can file a claim by voicing your issue via email and they ALWAYS respond. Make sure to include your complete name address city and state along with your ZIP and telephone number.
Contact the local DOT inquire about any claims being filed against a company you are contemplating doing business with.
Contact the MC Authority... do the same with them.
These are your lives and livelihood at stake here. Take you licenses and careers serious!!!
I am doing this as a service announcement to and for all truckers. My spouse is a o/o and "was" going through the actions of signing on with Network 1, until I did my research and found what I did. I emailed K. Dean asking her to provide me with a copy of the Articles of Incorporation (every business running will have these). Also asked them to send me their EIN # and MC# and DOT #...Not a single reply.
I decided enough of these games. Come November I will be taking the Brokerage Class to Brokerage our own freight. As soon as I get the hang of it, I will be getting insured and "BONDED" <--This is how serious I am about my decision of becoming a broker. Fair is fair and I will be an honest one out there. Karma is real and these owners / managing members / Company Officers will all have their day. Sorry for the errors typed fast.
Thank you

happened to come across your postings. crazy!! sounds like a a mess. I looked them up on safersys.org and according to their safety rating, they are close to being shut down. Hope it works out for everyone. This company is not in NM.
-
LOL they have an ad on craigslist hiring owner operators here in charlotte.
-
Their out of service for equiipment/maintenance is incredible. Must not be servicing their equipment. I noticed any positive posts on the company are posing as drivers. They just dont sound like one of us OTR guys.

"""The moderators have uncovered an extensive series of accounts that are all coming from the company's IP address, and appear to be registered by their top executives. The recent positive posts all come from those shill accounts.""" This is from the big guy at truckers forum.
