I just found this site today. Im thinking of Texas right now myself was dead set on ND But thinking otherwise. I live here in the Twin Cities. 10 years ago when I was looking to get a CDL here in Minneapolis, I found that W.I.A. has a program that funds schooling of all sorts. I jumped thru a couple of there little hoops and Bingo they payed for my Truck Driver schooling at Dakota County Tech College in rosmount, MN Good thing hes getting his own taken care of U donty want to sell your soul to the Devil for a year as I call it, Because things can and will go wrong and they let u go = no Job and Big Dept. If he hasn actualy started yet check into WIA. or call them now anyway. I seen on 1 of my other sites Nabors hired this guy right out of school there in Texas. Scary thought for some of us with exp. but its happennn . where r u in MN

Just what we need - another Yankee :biggrin_2551:.
Come on down to San Antonio and you can have my seat at Sage's China Grove site. They're linked with our local St Philip's Community College. I finished on Thursday with X, P, and T endorsements to boot.

Hi. I am also specifically interested in FFE; either their regular LTL jobs or their oil field fobs, but I live in AZ right now. I want to relocate to TX area. Would you mind if I called Sandy Adams and gave your name? How is your training going?

I responded to the pm and started reading your posts, Papal Bull has Nabors listed .... the number there is Petey Lozano ( or another for whom I have the number ) and by reading your thread(s) I can immediately advise for patch the issue is some time driving regulated, all that about training is not necessarily as important as obtaining 1-3 years "DOT Regulated" and it is the insurance companies, not matters directly a consequence of training in a class .... if I looked on Papal Bull's list I could probably find several that I have already either drove into the yard and placed explanatory letter in-hand ..... Chalk Mountain is one of them, they have massive yard near Pleasanton, Texas ... Frac Tech is nearby on 81 right at I-37

Coastal Plains is all over Texas .... Haliburton widely known and keeps equipment up to what is needed ..... Key Energy will do the "training" as sponsored with world-class operation .... ditto Nabors Well Services, J-W is ramping up putting a yard in near Floresville ....... Pioneer sold the entire yard at Barnett to set up operations full-scale at Eagle Ford ...... try Basic Energy Services 5805 E. Hwy 80 Midland, TX 79702 ..... send application(s) to any and all as being shy results in waste which most of the operations will not want to do oh, yes, Pinnergy has display ad and will call you on the spot if you have time DOT regulated in the patch ....

    (edit = additional information)
Experience in well service fracturing and fracturing equipment operation.
Must have a Class A Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred and a "clean" driving record.

That's Pioneer right off the job-board but probably will want 1-3 years so the thing to do is apply and ask....we get posters who have not bothered to apply or various but what matters is what Company XYZ says ....
