Schneider or May ?!?!?!?

    Ok,
    Got invited to attend orientation for BOTH Schneider and May Trucking, BOTH starting on September 11th!

    I have read every shred of every post on both companies on this wonderful forum, and have pretty much made up my mind who I want to go with, but..............

    IF you had to choose, which one would it be? And why? And please don't tell me neither, I know there are lots of other companies out there, but it's between these two for now for lots of reasons I don't care to discuss at this time.

    hello sadwar,dont know anything about may trucking i just know schneider has been really good to me for the past 12 years.i admit i have quit and returned several times always on good terms and they have welcomed me back,these last 4 years i am here to stay.company is really easy to get along with,stable,never have a problem with getting home.pay is average.i am a driver trainer so if you have any more questions let me know.thnx

    i totally agree..i have wrked for both, May has better equipment,you are allowed inverters 13spd petes,internationals and frieghtshakers,trucks o/o speced.when i trained with them it was $350wk then .30cpm..
    the pumpkin has great opp. if you want to get out the truck in 5yrs or so.they hav many accts to work with but their rules and regs or a bit on the hold your hand side of a daycare center..if it was up to me i choose May.just watch your idle time
