Should I hire on with US Express?

    I'm thinking about hiring into US Express. I have 12to yrs experience but only 9
    months of it is recent. What's the the annual pay for my experience level and what's the pros and cons of joining this company? Thx

    I had a very similar situation as yours. I was at 1 year current but because of my previous experience, they started me at their 5 year pay level which is 38 cpm on the Midwest regional fleet. Although I'm not sure if the pay is the same for otr.

    I would have really pressed them for more, but I knew that I was only going to run solo for about one month and then go team anyways.

    Solo pay varies by a few cpm but I'd say a good ballpark for roughly a year exp would be somewhere around 28 cpm to 36cpm (sliding scale) call a recruiter and they can give you better details.
