Thinking about just going solo instead of training

Isn't there a policy against grabbing students??

 

There's a policy about not talking on the phone while driving, yet many drivers have blue parrets on their heads in terminals.... Who's gonna know? Lol

 

I wonder how many thousands of gallons of fuel was wasted today by solo drivers who don't know how to make the qc talk, who pulled over to read that "important" message. If all Swift drivers combined run 5-6 million miles a day I bet it was a lot.

My mentors truck you could read it while in motion... Oops... Took me a while to figure out how to have "Jill" read it to us. Sometimes when I need help falling asleep, I'll llet her read to me random messages ha!

 

Jill is A Pain sometimes, especially when you pull off to a fuel stop or to take a break. Every time it's "Go back, re route etc." Tres annoying!

 

what u could do is only take students from the millington swift school its the old ms school. they weed out all the peaple you are talking about. only half the class makes it unlike other schools where every one make it.

they do a good job there and dont take no #### they will send you packing in a hartbeat.
