I need some help, i have 04 volvo 670 wich has bad vibration almost like bouncing did a lot to it like spring bushings,tires,shocks,cab shocks,cab mountings,leveling valve,main bearing and a lot more. I had it in volvo shop on vis machine they couldn't find anything. Sometimes i can feel it on low speeds but mostly around 60mph or if the road is bumpy,i'm dealing with this for years went to a lot of shops but nothing ever changed

do you see it in tire wear? you must if it is going on for years

yes I do they were diagonally not all the way but on 3-4 different places in and out

Could be anything in the rotating assembly, from the wheel bearing, brake drum, hub to wheel mounting, tire trueness and/or balance.

Well i balanced them on truck changed drums and brakes,we checked hubs they seem ok.sometimes i can here bearing noise on higher speed like 70 but it is more under me

I had similar problem, try changing center bearing on drive shaft.
