What to Expect. US Xpress

I ran with Werner for Two Years, dislocated my elbow and finally cleared. Werner did not offer me any decent account like the best buy dedicated I had. SO USX has a decent sign on bonus and a home weekly deal so I decided to run with them. What should I expect. how long to get a truck after orientation. Good Stories Bad all welcomed. just only worked for Werner so was looking for some advice. Is it true thier trucks are automatic? all of them or it depends?
