Courtney here, with a 2500 watt inverter, I have a hotplate, coffee pot, george forman grill, and a hot air popcorn maker that doubles as instant heat on cooler days. A small slow cooker is a good thing to carry, make a whole meal and let it cook while you drive. In the winter I carry a propane camp stove/grill, so not to run down the already cold batteries.
STap Thanks this. -
Hey Courtney, Question regarding the propane camp stove/grill. After you cook on the thing and you clean it out best you can on the road, do you put in in the cab? Does it smell? I've even heard of drivers with little charcoal grills that they use... I just don't think I could clean it enough to get the smell out of it...

LOL Courtney used tin foil on top that way the grill does not get dirty.
-
....so a CHARCOAL grill dont get dirty...hahaha

So here exactly did you learn your reading skills, let me guess grade 12 you took grade 1, 12 times. Read again and you will see we are talking about a propane grill. Some people need to learn how to follow a discussion before they post.
