I understand, and I learn from it. Holding a CDL class A should be consider yourself as a profesional. However, some of us do not see it like that . I finally realise that my license is my life. I made couple of mistakes but now I'm living with the circumtances, especially down in Florida. As a result, I make it harder to get hired by a decent company. Two tickets in December and one in January; all three of them got me a total of nine points, and now I'm screwed.

sometimes you can do things to have them taken off. Perhaps the least egregious of the three would be a place to start.
Simply go to the judge and say, "I know I made a mistake, but driving is my life and profession. Without my CDL, I can't earn a living."
Maybe he says yes, maybe he says no. But hey, it's just like a hot girl on a Saturday night.......you no ask, you no get.......

    Good luck.....
