.29 to start .30 after 6 months .31 after 9 months .33 after 1 year. The big mileage bonus of .045 per quarter is fairly easy to achieve so you can easily start out at .335/mile. There are smaller mileage bonuses of .01 & .015/mi but I have always achieved the big bonus. $200/month up to $10000 for tuition reimbursement. So after one year I will be at .375/mi plus an additional .01/mi that I'll be eligible to receive for safety has me up to .385/mi plus my $200/ month for tuition reimbursement so I think it's really not bad, especially considering the way I'm treated.
H.O. Wolding is a GREAT company!

Hey Weeble are you on paper logs getting those miles or elogs? Any rumors of them changing? Also what are there mid roofs like can ya stand up in em? Do they give out any condo's to solo otr guys?
Thx Brother Roll Easy -
I am currently on paper but the way I am run by my dispatcher I would probably still average around the same miles. I would say about half the fleet is on elogs and all of the new trucks have them, but they are moving towards them.
I have a mid roof and I can stand up in it and I'm about 6'5" so they have a lot of room. To my knowledge, only the trainers and the teams get the condos.
Getting ready to head up to Bangor for the night to deliver in Cherryfield in the morning and then I'll pick up a load of water in Poland, ME going to Clay, NY.Kutina Thanks this. -
Delivered in Clay, NY this morning and picked up a loaded trailer that will deliver tomorrow morning in Columbus, OH which is where I'm spending the night. Will pick up a load of scrap that I will drop at the SCA in Neenah, WI and then i'll hop over to the yard to have my truck looked at. Ran around 3500 miles last week from Sunday til Saturday, had 1.5 left on the 70 when I got home, good week.
Kutina Thanks this. -
Found out the lovely noise my truck was making was an exhaust manifold that had cracked in half. Truck was fixed within a few hours and now I'm finishing up a reset before I head out again. A real nice run over the weekend picking up in Menasha, WI going to San Diego with 4 stops in LA. Tricky part is that they all deliver on the 11th. Either way, it's 2250 miles plus $140 in stop pay plus another $50 in reset pay which makes for a $900 run over the weekend. Needless to say, I am not complaining. Oh yeah, and I'll get to spend some time with the lady.
Ended up with 2922 paid miles for this week, should be better next week. Good night all, and somebody have a few beers for me.Kutina Thanks this. -
Do you have to go to a trucking school to get hired on there or could you just bring your class a?
-
Both experienced and student drivers are accepted at Wolding. If you're experienced and live in a certain area, you're eligible for a $2000 sign on bonus. I'm pretty sure they are still doing that, not sure though as I came in as a student.
Kutina Thanks this. -
I have my cdl but i didnt go to a driving school

In that case I honestly have no idea and you would call recruiting about that.
Spending the night at the Little America in Little America, WY and hopefully will make it to Barstow tomorrow. This load ended up going on a reefer which means I'll probably head right back to the land of beer and cheese.
