    thats what im saying, the ad will say 40hrs and $28hr so $1100/wk...."nope dont want that job", but in reality its ~90hrs a wk and OT, so theres the magic $3000+ a week

    And prospective employees from Ontario (or wherever) may also wish to check that the OT is paid at overtime rates or whether all 90 hours are paid at straight time - in which case it's really two and a quarter jobs instead of one job with overtime pay.

    Yeah that I've heard.. that people run as fast as they can because the guy with the shortest time gets the pot of gold at the end.. My Western Star is governed at 100.. so I won't be racing.. (Plus i'm fully loaded with bags of cement)
