Trucking company sues the family of suicide victim

I ain't no fan of Swift but if the person who offed themself didn't do it in the first place there wouldn't be a problem. The term suicide victim is incorrect suicide is a self imposed condition it's completely voulantary therefore one can not be a victim of suicide. Suicide is the most cowardly act a human being can commit.

 

I disagree. I just had a friend kill him self by jumping off a bridge. There was NO sign what so ever. he was on his way to a Marine ball and he just stopped his car and jumped. its been almost a year and still nobody knows why he did it.

 

Those that are really intent on killing themselves, generally show very little if any signs of being suicidal. They may leave a note, that is written immediately prior to the event, but do not want someone to intervene and stop them. Those that really don't want to commit suicide will show all the behavioral signs, and will make repeated attempts using methods that will not be immediately fatal.
