Update. My fleet manager gave me two loads to keep me rolling thru the weekend. Deliver Monday morning in Denver. Just got another load to UT (west of Salt Lake) for delivery Tuesday. After that I will probably be going back to Caseyville. Having issues w/ my APU not giving me cool air, and my qualcomm will receive messages, but they aren't receiving messages from me, and they're not able to locate me & track where I am. Just a few bugs to work out. Glad to hear about freight to AZ. Hopefully after my issues w/ the qualcomm and APU are worked out I can get home and grab the rest of my stuff. I'll sign off for now. Until next time stay safe everyone.
Starting orientation w/ Earl L. Henderson tomorrow

Made it thru the weekend. Delivered Monday in Denver. Went to our drop yard in Denver and picked up a load to Toeele,UT (west of Salt Lake), delivered yesterday afternoon and have been sitting since waiting for a load. I've been having issues w/ my APU not blowing cool air & my qualcomm will receive messages, but they aren't getting messages from me. Have expressed to them that I would like to get these issues addressed, but so far they don't seem concerned about either one of them. Also keep in mind that your first check will be mailed home. Your second check will be direct deposited to either your bank or Comdata card, so make sure you have enough money to last. The other thing they don't tell you during the recruiting process is that you have to buy your first two loadlocks from them at $50.00 a piece. (You can make payments via payroll deductions). Good luck trying to talk w/ someone via phone (esp. on weekends and nights) if your qualcomm goes down. You won't reach a live person (I know my qualcomm doesn't send them messages) so I've had to call them. Even during the day my calls go to my fleet manager's voicemail. Jet a few things to keep in mind.
g.o.a.l Thanks this. -
Sounds like your not happy about what's going on there at Henderson

As far as the QC if your receiving and not transmitting it could just be a loose wire on the black box / Dome or Cell antena .. I've had that happen before tightened up some wires and it started working . Not saying that's your QC issue just a trouble shoot to look at The APU not blowing cold = Compressor out or low freon .. Do you get a code ? Of its a Tri PAC .. Pull the lower cover . 2 bolts .. Freon tube is located there it holds 2 small cans of freon and should work leave unit on while putting in freon .. The Tri PAC is nor tortious for leaking freon .. If the compressor belt is turning but clutch is not engaged when u add freon it will engage once freon level gets up . The tripac will leak off freon if it sits for pro longed periods up to 2-3 weeks so this could be your cold air issue ..

Hey US MARINE, tks for apu info, just helped the trk next to me. It was a freon issue - might be a temp fix, but he has cool air now. Semper Fi ...

Thank you for the tips US MARINE. I have checked all the connections to the qc that I can found one loose connection and tightened it up w/ no luck. I do have a Tri-Pac APU. If I had the money to try your trick, I would. As for the other info in my post, I just want to provide as much info to others as possible. I am currently frustrated, I don't like sitting as I'm not making any money for myself or the company.

try the Outside dome connection to the QC sometimes it gets water in a connection and interrupts transmission of messages .. I put a plastic sandwich bag over my outside connections and rubber and them down to prevent this .. It could be you got water in a outside connection ..
Another tip ...
Open top of the black box ( 2-3 screws ) take battery out .. For about 5 minutes and pull the main power cord .. Wait the 5 minutes and it will reboot then try to send and see if you get the Green arrow in the outbox as transmitted .. You can check this on the settings on the unit also as it will show if all is working properly .. -
Thank you for the tips US MARINE. My qc shows that the messages were sent, but my fleet manager and others NEVER get them, and they can't use the qc to track my truck.

10-4 .. Must have a bad dome or antena but it's weird that it isn't computing .
Last tip : I will almost bet that the unit is not registered as active with QC ( the company Qualcomm ) if that's the case you will see what your seeing sent messages but they are being stored on the server because the unit is not registered as active . If you call QC directly they can tell you if it's active . I bet anything that's the case now that I think about it ..
