Do you drive for SNI? If so did you drive with a team?

Already got a reply from SNI. How many companies did you apply for. Which one did you go with and how are you doing with them . Thanks, Susan

I applied with SNI, Stevens, US Express, TMC, and went with Werner because they were the first to personally call me. If SNI would have called first I probably would be with them.

Haven't had any problems yet, but its early in the relationship, so we shall see.
I finished my required hours today. The training manager called ma and ask what terminal I wanted to be dropped at to finish. Told him I preferred Dallas. Was in the LA area near Oxnard. Ten minutes later get a message to pick up a load and head to Phoenix. Arrived two hours ago and got a message to take a load to Dallas, so good so far.

I worked for Schneider back in 2001. If you want to team, they are good at team dispatch. You get the newer trucks to. You make more money to. I won't solo for them though. They are great with female students. Orientation is a breeze. Just pay attention. It's easy. Go for it.

I personally would recommend Central Refrigerated. My wife and I drove team for them and did really well. They are large enough to keep you busy yet small enough to still treat you like a human being.

There are however many good companies to choose from. You just have to decide which one will best suit your individual needs. Make sure to be up front about driving team when talking to the recruiters. This way they will know more of what you are looking for. Some companies that are great for solo drivers may not be good for teams and vice versa.

Whatever your decision don't wait too long. Most companies want you to attend orientation within a few weeks of finishing school. Wait too long and they will make you take an expensive refresher course! Plus its to your benefit to get to orientation as soon as possible. Your first day of orientation you will have to take driving test and will only behoove you to have this fresh in your mind.

    Good luck...

From what I have gathered, the 30 day requirement is from the insurance companies (or that could just be the story every company tells). Nonetheless, if you have already graduated, the clock is ticking. Get busy!

Why is a felon scary to you? Just because someone got caught doing something that others never get caught for?
You can't lump all felons into one category. Some are violent yes, some are plain stupid, yes...and some are just people who made a mistake but had to pay a big price. A lot of people who commit misdemeanors are worse than some felons.
Felons deserve a chance to live a normal life too. (except for the ones who have committed heinous crimes..yes, I myself will say this because there is a line between mistakes and intention)
