Suppport Thread for the TND 500, TND 700 or future Rand McNally products.

Just got off the phone with them again unit was to be sent out over three weeks ago they done lost it was told they will have someone in the warehouse call me when they find it

 

Hummm, they lost it? They can surely replace it, with a comparable unit.

 

I doubt they will do that it will cost them money no they will look for it for the next three months seeing they have had it since June

Ya mine does that at various locations as when I leave a rest area first thing in the morning,prob depends on which way the truck is facing as the gps prob doesn't know whats ahead but it tracks right on route when you hit your highlighted route.
