If being late for hometime is that big of a factor, OTR probably isn't for you.

Sitting in Midland waiting for my next load just got done unloading at TSC

Ghetto with drivers services and tell them this is a reoccurring thing with you getting home on time. In my 14 months they've gotten me home late once and when that happened I explained to my FM Conway expects me to p/u and del on time every time which I have done then I expect the same thing when I request hometime especially when I highlight 7 days early. Since then been home early every time I stay out 3 weeks then take 3-5 days off.

I'm otr and I'm home early when I request hometime see my above comments. Otr has nothing to do with it its FM and planners.

Got a load out of tsc in waverly ne and now sitting in bismarck, nd for 12 pm del tomorrow which I don't mind for 2 reasons. A Walmart is across the street from cust. And most important get a 34 restart in before del. The last few customers I have p/u or del to has made great comments about how good and polite Conway drvs are and how we are on time all the time. So thank you fellow dvrs for being on time and professional. This ensures we get to keep these customers which means are wheels will still be rolling.

I'd say you should, if it truly is a regular occurence. Communication is key. Talk to them about the problem and see if it gets fixed. I hope it does.
