Eaton18 Thanks this. -
I am a 4 wheeler, and I have seen some crazy drivers of course here in the DFW area!
This story makes me recall a helluva crash on the Dallas North tollway I believe in Addison TX. Im sure many of you guys have seen this video. A lot of the comments say the driver intentionally took out the semi, and in the video it sure does look that way! But if you look closely, it looks like the driver somehow drifted under the trailer by taking the curve wrong or slid over into trucks lane on the curve, got sucked under, then sort of slingshotted back into the front steers of the Pepsi truck. Still the 4 wheelers fault regardless, but just amazing at how the Pepsi driver managed to keep the truck on its wheels just long enough for the oncoming vehicles to scooch by. No telling how many lives he saved with that few seconds of skill, it may have been pure luck, but to me it looked like the Pepsi driver did all he could to keep it upright as long as possible. WOW! There are several videos of this on YT, but this is one of the few I found that didn't have some crazy blaring stupid music on it!
It is amazing that such LARGE vehicle can so quickly be taken out by such a small car. I do not envy you guys having to deal with idiots like this out on the road, and hope none of you ever have to go through something like this! And to the Pepsi driver, I wanted to give my kudos and praise for keeping it upright just long enough to let those cars get by. Amazing!
