Oh, yes, it has a catwalk and load bar rack. We are still in the reefer division. Just changed fleet managers so we are hoping the sitting starts to get fixed

I thought it was going to be small at first looking at them from the outside, but they are actually pretty roomy... well at least for me it is. Im only 5'11" 195lbs. The bottom bunk is big enough for me and my wife to sleep comfortably when that day comes (if I still have the truck). The top bunk has a restraint system so I guess there is no need to hot rack when teaming.
It also has a catwalk and load bar rack on the back. Oh its extremely quiet on the inside while driving. With the windows up, radio off, I couldn't really hear it rev up.
Im very pleased with it even though I kept saying I hoped I didn't end up in one lol... Maybe it's the fact it's brand new and I don't pay the note, insurance or gas that changed my perspective lol -
DaReallyst, are you teaming or is your wife just riding? I was in Irving & a couple let me get inside theirs. It was nice! Kept wishing I could've gotten one for hubby to ride, but even though I asked, the answer was always no.

OK, here is my take on the ProStar. Overall it is a very nice truck. As stated above, very quiet, nice ride. Lots of cubbies for small storage. A/C can make ice cubes. As we were loading the truck, with the door open, Anne had to turn the A/C down because she was too cold. We love the windows in the sleeper (so does the dog) It is very easy and smooth to drive. The bunks are both a couple inches wider. And a BIG deal, front curtains. I was able to mount the storage box on the back so the chains, straps and tools are in there (thank God, no idea what we would have done if that had not worked), the XM radio is also a bit better in this truck.
Negatives: Storage. No room under the bunk. We had four laundry baskets with winter clothes, extra food, etc. under the bunk in the Cascadia, no room in this truck. The refrigerator does not fit on the upper bunk, roof too low. We had to unbolt the lower cabinet on the passenger side and strap it in on its side on the upper bunk and put the refrigerator on the floor. If we owned the truck this would be awesome but we cannot leave the cabinet at home in the event we are ever reseated unexpectedly. No mute switch in back for the rear speakers.
I am uploading a video today and will link in our blog.Jarhed1964 and Wedge Thank this. -

is it a auto or 10sp -
It is a 10 speed. Always tough going back to a brand new clutch and brakes after a truck that is broken in. Kind of look like a total rookie for a few hours. -
i had heard some of the prostars would have the auto -
Sitting here in Laredo getting a PM. They tried to snag us for one at the Total yard but we got out of that because we were coming down here. We dropped and picked up at the same place, but had to wait for our load info. After I asked for it twice I got a response, "why is your truck in shop status? that load has been cancelled" I had already sent messages explaining that Total was letting me pu and del, then pu and come back for a pm. Also they had loaded the trailer going to Laredo as I was waiting for the load info. Turned out that was a miscommunication in customer service. Finally got the load info and was instructed to get my pm done in Laredo instead.
Went through some stuff trying to get two marker lights replaced on the tractor. The first Petro I stopped at only had one. Got that installed and stopped at the next TA for the second one. Kinda silly paying a total of one hundred bucks for labor, but that's how they roll...LOL
