Looking to Team

I was wondering if US Xpress makes you team for a certain time?? I actually want to team !! Will they help find me a partner since I dont have one or do I have to find one myself ?? Company that wants me in 2 weeks says I have to find my own partner and that they cant find one for me. So, Im forced to go solo.

I see you have been driving 19 yrs that blows my experience out of the water Right now, Im looking at teaming cause of the new elogs, i just feel like thats the way to make money now is by teaming. Plus i like more miles and less stops. Currently Im talking with US Xpress as a company to go with just waiting on my background info and what not. Another company has already offered my a position as a solo, want me in orientation in 2 weeks but im a re-hire with them so it was allot easier to get through the process with them. So, im looking for someone who want to stay out about 3 weeks or so and then home so i can see my daughter.
