Seems like I remember chicks were #1 on the list to start out, but, booze usually shot right to the #1 spot more often than not. I drank alot & often.
-
Like I said, spent the whole weekend out partying, boozing, cigars, and women(yes I'm a man ##### lol) I'd go crazy having to live in a truck! If I was older I wouldn't mind being OTR once all this is out of my system. Well like I said I will see what happens.
@cool35 my dads friends job finally called me. Due to the winter and work slowing down they can't hire me this time. The owner or whatever he is did say since my dads friend did talk up some good things he said he will call me in the spring time or if I don't hear back he said to call him. He did mention however the turn over rate is almost none so it would take time to change job positions if wanted -
.......and back home. Lets see how many days I sit this time.
Hell yeah ACH1130, live it up, you won't regret it. When you get your fill, you'll know it. It just took me longer than most for some reason, probably because I had a late start, but, I'm glad I did, I had a blast. Now, I'm really enjoying being a boring old fart. lol It's really nice to finally enjoy the simple things in life. -
I'd just rather be able to retire now, all I'd do is build my cars, drink, etc... Only 29 more years of whatever I'm gonna be doing lol
-
Yeah live it up ACH1130. Just don't be mess up by drinking and driving. Luckily I never had any problems with that. To be honest I miss partying, drinking and womanizing. For some reason my body just won't let me do those things anymore, especially the drinking. For some reason I just can't handle alcohol anymore. I smoked cigarettes off and on most of my life and finally quit for good in 2009 cause they were making me sick. It sucks getting old. I sure am tired tonight, don't feel like driving.
-
Well, I'm not proud at all to come clean & admit I drank & drove quite alot. Took me 25 years, but, I finally got busted in '06. 07/02/06, will never forget this date. Was the most humiliating experience of my life. Is also the day I quit drinking.

Cool35 and your married now as well lol. I'm a LiL more outgoing now as to recently being single again! I don't drive when I know it's going to be crazy night, not worth it. And yes I'll get you an old man scooter to drive around on lol j/k. But safe trip though
Squonk, I head you on that. Better they got you before something bad happened.
I don't know bout you guys but we are dumb slow. I was done at 430 and someone left at 345 -
Squonk, I had 3 really close calls being pulled over after drinking. Luckily I was never drunk and was let go. I was always pulled over for speeding and once for tail gating. That was it for me. I still drank but didn't drive afterward.
ACH1130, we have been busy as heck over here. Reddaway has been hiring again over here. Not a lot of hiring but about 6 positions at various yards in so Cal. Hope it picks up for you soon. I have to say, I never see any YRC trucks out making deliveries? I only see Reddaway trucks.
That would be really nice of you to get me one of those scooters lol! I'm tired again tonight. Haven't been able to get much sleep for some reason. Oh well, time to man up and go to work. Happy Trails! -
Hmm maybe the conspiracy is true, probly trying to build up Reddaway the non-union company and make it nation wide like they did with CF
