A & R Transport... any info good or bad?!

    ok canada will be new to me... All my years driving ive never had to fool with goin up there, Up until now. Ok i asked cols terminal manager n he was saying thats a no go. only can use what will plug into cig lighter.. I got one of those but got a 1000 watt for my micro that has to b hardwired.. I was gon sell it this week but ill hold onto it n try to get it in there.. Idk will c wat happens. Ive seen those n yea im not to thrilled bout gettin one of those but hey, what you gonna do.. Im hoping for a kenworth but ive seen kw's, pete's, intl, fr8tliners n volvos out on the road.. Im guessin luck of the draw on whats avail at time i get assigned.. How many miles before they do trade em in or sell em?

    Thats something new on the inverters to me, not saying that its not true, maybe I just havent heard it. What you get for a truck is just the luck of the draw, you will get what happens to be available when you are ready to be assigned a truck. They have not had Volvo's since like 2oo5 when they got rid of the last of them. I dont know what there trade in schedule is now, I know they were rebuilding some of the 03 thru 05's to stay away from the new emissions crap.

    A & R Transport has lost its reputation since it was bought by an investing company. It is not the same as it was, when it was run by the family group.

    For someone that wouldn't know the difference, like u can't miss what was never there theory... Over all can a person still be happy n make good money here...?
