You will see navajo and shipper west ads on craigslist every single day looking to fill those trucks,thats a really red flag,why they cant keep drivers,common sense.

 

Hot Sauce, believe me, you'd get better results just telling it to burger flippers who work at McDonalds,,, they are a lot smarter...

 

No matter how gravy the job is, some drivers will find something to complain about. Besides that, drivers leave companies all the time for several personal reasons. If the company is hiring, it doesn't mean drivers are upset and quitting. Ever heard of growth?

I dont see wal mart trucking jobs every day on craigslist why??? i dont see ups freight ads on craigslist every day why??? only the ###### bottom companies advertise on craigslist most of the times.

I'm glad they are ok. Navajo can't possibly have quality drivers though when all they pay is 30 cpm for years of experience. What a joke. I wouldn't get out of bed for 30 cpm.
