they promise 3 weeks home 1 week out. try home once a month and only a 34hr restart liers and they always keep you in the northeast region and run your hours out short miles and when your clock is out they ask you to violate your clock after a couple log violation with company you get suspended then fired just hope dot state boy dont pull you over when your out of hours. they dont care about the drivers they fire you they get another one. always being sent to locations with not enough hours to get to safe haven or hours to leave customer leaving me running illegal on clock and log violation they dont care at all. warning warning""""" stay away from heartland the advertising is a scame to get people in cause they cant keep any including myself. they have a 120% driver trunover. again really really bad company to work for. drivers beware.

I love to see any company tell you three weeks home after one week driving, as for log books and HORS you have to know how to route yourself to make the most of time.

everytime i wanna go home i have to get into a but argument to go home and it's just too much i cant take it anymore. i was told regional and promised 3 weeks home 1 week out and it's a complete like try 34hrs home in the whole month. not fair. and the north east short miles and running out of hours and driving illegal to safe haven or truck stop and saftey giving you violations is a whole different story very bad company stay away that's all i gotta say. very bad company 120% turnover of drivers that's why the advertise the high pay it'a a scame. and when you quit the lie on you dack record. steer away go to jb hunt intermodey, conway or crete. drivers beware.

May I suggest you hang up your keys and try washing dishes at a truck stop for a few years that way you will learn what trucking is about, dude you couldn't make enough money to feed a cat on what you want to work.NO company and I mean NO company is going to let you drive a week then park there equipment for three, they need that rig moving to pay for it's self and you.

yeah... i think the op is mixed up on the work schedule. don,t know anybody who can work only 1 week a month. nobody can MAKE you drive illegal. if you do thats on you.

i believe the ######## they feed their drivers is out one weekend a month, but it always turns out the other way. sounds to me like the op may have had time management issues, but that's just my opinion.

i'm highly amused at the drivers that jump into trucking on a whim, and start ######## themselves when they see what they really got themselves into.
