    A friend of mine in NC has been driving trucks since 1985. Former Marine who has a service connected disability. (back). He wants to get back to trucking. He has a CDl B without any tickets or accidents. He had a Class 1 license before the changeover in 92 He can drive but cant find anyone who will give him a chance to get going again Needs a license but can drive any suggestions???????????????????? thanks for the help
