truck stop accident

    Hit a truck with my trailer while backing. Officer came out and made a report. he said he was not going to give me a citation. Since there is no citation does the accident get reported on my CDL? what about my score

    Dumb rookie
    I upgraded as a first seat driver three days ago.

    It shouldn't show up anywhere except on DAC if your carriers uses it . Accidents on private property are not traffic violations . Some police departments won't even fill reports on them.

    This varies by state..........

    a fender bender, in a truck stop, with a police report written (by FHP), and NO ticket issued,

    can and often does show on an MVR in florida.
