Just passing off what has happened to friends who have worked there. Not everyone's experience there has been good.

And just because someone doesn't agree with yours, doesn't make it any less meaningful.

There have been guys that don't have a good experience.

No doubt, but your 2nd hand knowledge does not give you license to judge a fine company. People who read these forums come looking for answers to questions not personal opinion that is formed from a x BIL who had a bad go of it.

I know people who were terminated from McDonalds... are they a bad company? I should say not but I'm not an expert having never worked for the golden arches.

Pass true knowledge of your experiences and leave the rhetoric to politicians.

Nice thing about free speech isn't it.

Magnum has shorted peoples paychecks and also deducted items from paychecks that were not authorized.

These are not "second hand knowledge". These are hard facts that were presented with paystubs from family members who worked there and had no clue what to do.

And when you have mortgage and medical bills and a family to worry about, they are BIG concerns.

    They DO happen.

And when you are the one that helps said family member GET their license, it becomes a little more personal when a company screws them over.

Well post 'em here and let's all take a looksie. I'll be the first to talk to Matt G. about it next time I head up to Fargo. Truly I will. Then I can post here, whatever information is gleaned and THEN we have both sides of a story.

I'm in no way saying things did not transpire the way you say.. but my experiences have told me to be very wary of ... shorted paycheck claims, items deducted that were not authorized.. you see.. I'm skeptical.

Taking a $75 draw each day or when ya fill-r-up... will have a negative effect on the paycheck... Who does that?? Most of the time it's folk that are hiding something.

Companies don't just keep money that belongs to employees... thar's sum rules 'bout that.

    sure you will.

HR generally frowns upon discussing personnel records with drivers when it's not their records.

If u have multiple pickups, lets say 3, an hour apart, spend 11/2 hrs at shippers, thats 71/2 hrs gone, you deliver 8 hrs away that night, how you gonna run it driver? Technically your ### is out of hours, thats just in 1 day, he didn't say he ran over his 70, so yes sir it is possible to run out of legal drive time, and still have a poor week mileage wise.
