Kokkola is selling Padborg tunes so it does not help to go to Denmark and they also have a dyno in Kokkola. 13l and all the new Scanias have locked ECM, that's why they can't do it. In a couple of weeks I will have the equipment to unlock them and also delete EGR and SCR so that Scania dealer can't see it.

So if I get a Scania , what parts do I have to send you to delete the FGR and SCR?
What other parts do I have to change.
We don't have emission laws here but some customers want them.
Most new trucks here are Euro 4&5 now.

My boss has mostly 620's, he bypassed the newer ones by a module that plugs into the dash, but lately he isst bypassing the exhaust box with no problems, the one I was driving now has a 143 exhaust box! The sound is lovely without being loud!

    king Q Thanks this.

Yeah I know that the Kokkola guys is selling the same stuff. But from what I have understood the guys here just upload the firmware, the guys in Denmark adjust it to work perfect on the the dyno, real engine tuning. Am I wrong?

volvo penta had the same problems with their D6 marine engines ,and majoraty of them was operating in norway ,it must be something with they fuel...
common rail injection systems is very sensitive to fuel quality thats why a PDE is more preferable

soon everything would be same very soon you can except that market would need euro6 because of toll , so you would find all those emission crap both on inline and v8

maybe on this way scania did get necessary experience with all of the problems egr brings and this might result as advantage in future , since euro6 use only 25% of egr and have only one cooler

I see Iveco have attained the Euro 6 emission level with SCR only.

    Jayzus welcome back!

Hopefully a few more can achieve it too. Wouldn't have expected iveco to be the first, any ideas on how they did it?

strange thing is that scania 9L engines would be with 250 280 hp with egr+scr and 320 and 360 scr only if somebody told me this i would consider that he mistake and that 250/280 are scr and 320/360 egr+scr

would be interesting to see how this would work on iveco

I just bought my first Iveco powered truck.
    A 6x6 Astra with a Euro 4 440hp Iveco motor.
It only has 5 500km on it so it still seems good and ran well.
