    i need info about landstar

    good and bad

    are they really serious about the 73% of 100% for flatbedding?? seems kinda low

    can you get insurance thru them? i will buy my own base plate
    ifta? what fuel card/network? any kind of reserve account?

    They take 2% off the top for Insurance (supposedly), and then pay you 75% of whats left, plus any FSC they manage to wrangle out of the shippers. they will handle the IFTA paper work and you are responsible to pay any extra road tax. They use Comdata fuel card and also settle to the card. You can transfer to your account direct deposit, or comcheck. Reserve account is your own doing at your own bank. They do keep like a $500 escrow.
