seems to me compressor ore EGR problem. you loose not too much water to see it in air tanks (air dryer throws it away) ore to see whight smoke... really

+1 for the air compressor. i posted this in another thread about the same thing, but here we go again. i used to drive for another company here in chatt tn. one of the drivers who claimed he drained his tanks on a bi-weekly basis was having issues with coolant being consumed with no in cab smell from a heater core or an outside visible leak. he finally wrote it up and turned the truck in to be serviced. the tech read the problem. pulled off the driver side fairing (06 volvo) and opened all 3 air tanks. i bet there was 5 to 10 gallons of coolant that poured out on the garage floor.
turn your truck off after it builds air pressure. then open the drain valve on the air tanks. my bet is the compressor is where the problem lies. you better be somewhere so you can deal with coolant everywhere if that is indeed the problem. -

Water pipe on passenger side of motor. If it was like my cascadia ISX it was fine as long as motor was warm but after cool down the O-Ring would leak. Found it by accident one day after a 34 hour reset and a puddle under the truck...

check heat exchanger. it may leak water on hot side of engine and water evaporates instantly and you cant see any leak

Any egr codes? Could be the cooler

I had a water loss problem and no sign of a leak, milky oil or such. It turned out to be the oil cooler for the transmission. Check the fluid level in transmission, it will be way overfull if the cooler has failed. Mine was full to the top.
