How easy is it to get on with Averritt Express

    My fiance goes for an interview with them tomorrow he will be a student with them how easy will it be to get in with them? Also the recruiter said something abt tattoos and piercings well he doesn't have peircings but he does have tattoos will this cause him to not get the job? What's some advice we should know before going?

    I worked for them in 2007. There were a few guys that had visible tattoos. They had to wear long sleeves while working. You can not have any visible tattoos, or facial hair. If he can not cover up the tatts then he wont be hired. I hope they're not on his face. The first thing we did when we got to orientation was a driving test. We had a few guys that didn't pass and were sent home immediately. We drove a few miles thru downtown Cookeville. But we did use an automatic truck for that. Hope this helps. Goodluck!
